After you complete your video and upload it to youtube, send me the link and fill this form out. You'll need to fill it out one time for every member of your group - including yourself.
Look for the words "Click to see the Video". After you are done with each problem, take a Screenshot pressing PRINT SCREEN on the keyboard. Then paste it on a new word doc. Save it to the desktop at the end of the period and email me the results as an attachment to [email protected]
