Established in 1990, PEF’s Chuck Miller Teacher Grant program is an important resource for teachers that provides unique experiences and learning opportunities for students that are outside of the classroom budget. The success of the Chuck Miller Teacher Grant program is due to the generosity of Chuck Miller, former Rancho Vista Elementary principal, past president of PEF and local business leader.
