It's that time of year again…Elections are coming for the PVHS PTSA!

Please click this link for the Straw Ballot. Send in your nominations to the PVHS Parliamentarian at queenbee98@cox.net Nominations are due by 2-21-20. Our election will take place on March 24th at the PTSA Association meeting. Hard copies will also be available in the PTSA box in the main office!

The Girl's Varsity and JV tennis teams competed in the very competitive Bay League Championships and came away with prestigious awards. Junior Parker Fry won the Varsity Singles, Freshman Lily Kresser won the JV Singles, and the doubles team of Kumiko Nagata and Isabella Brannan was the JV runner up.

Air Quality Update

For Thursday, October 31, 2019, CIF-sanctioned games/matches will occur per CIF guidance. Air quality measurements support this decision, other than for students with respiratory issues. All other afterschool outdoor activities will not occur today. At the discretion of each coach indoor activities (e.g. a “walk-through” for football) are allowed.

This week, the American Scholastic Press Association critique arrived for the 2019 Palos Verdes Triton Yearbook and the student staff of photographers, writers, designers received two honors: Most Outstanding High School Yearbook and First Place with Special Merit. Both of these awards are the highest accolades offered from this national press association. Congratulations to the Triton leaders and to Adviser Ms. Pavelka.
