Sea Kings: Here's how you schedule an appointment to speak with Mrs. Lewis:

 

Email Mrs. Lewis at: [email protected] or drop in to the CCC during nutrition, lunchtime or after school to ask a question or schedule a meeting... Mrs. Lewis is always available for the senior class!

 

You are most welcome to drop in to the CCC to ask questions or schedule an appointment. Before scheduling an appointment to meet with Mrs. Lewis either on your own or with parent(s)/guardian, you will need to complete the "Self Survey for the College Bound" listing [email protected] as an additional email to receive your results. Once you have completed that survey, I would appreciate that you also complete the Academic Self Assessment attached below and return it via email or in person to the CCC or drop it in Mrs. Lewis's mailbox in the main office. After submitting both of these assessments, please email Mrs. Lewis to schedule your appointment.  You may not meet with Mrs. Lewis during class time. You may request an in-person appointment or a meeting via zoom if that is more convenient for your family. Appointments are usually 45min-1hour and take place during a free period during the school day or after school.  

 

While Mrs. Lewis will be busy meeting with juniors/seniors in the springtime, you may always email Mrs. Lewis or drop in to the CCC during lunchtime or after school if you have a question or have something you'd like to discuss. Sophomore student meetings or meetings together with parents/guardians are generally scheduled after spring break if requested. Email Mrs. Lewis at [email protected] to request an appointment.
