In order to sell any kind of food, beverage, product or service this form plus the Club Event Request Form must be completed and approved by administration. Selling products without these forms will result in termination of sales.

 

All forms need to be submitted 3 weeks prior to your fundraiser. 

 

 

The Intent of this form is to help organize the Calendar and avoid double bookings. All Clubs and Honors Societies must complete this form with prior approval in order to proceed with an event. 

 

 

Please indicate which dates and times will be needed. At no point will one group be able to block entire days or weeks on the calendar without prior approval from administration. All event set up will be communicated through Olivia to technology and Custodial.  Please do NOT Contact Custodial or technology directly please film out this form.
