Jeff Levy, CEP is the co-founder of Big J Educational Consulting. He has been an educational consultant since 2007, based in the Los Angeles area. Jeff works with high school students helping them accomplish their college dreams, and with parents on how to make college affordable. He co-founded Independent Educational Consultants Association's (IECA) Subcommittee on College Affordability and Financial Aid. He has been an instructor at UC San Diego Extension and co-designed its course on college affordability and financial aid. co-author UC San Diego Extension’s financial aid and has achieved the Certified Educational Planner credential. Jeff is on the faculty of IECA’s Summer Training Institute where he teaches the foundations of financial aid and college affordability to counselors and educational consultants.
