Out of District Course Application Form - due by May 15, 2026

Request for Placement Form - due by April 17, 2026

 

If you would like to request placement in a course you did not meet the prerequisite for, please click this link to submit an online Request for Placement form by the April 17 deadline. Any late forms will only be accepted and reviewed on a space availability basis. Any schedule change requests after the deadline may be considered during your designated Schedule Change Day in August and will also be on a space availability basis.
